Yvonne B. (Lussier) Beauchemin, 91, of 940 Blue Heron Blvd., Osteen, FL, formerly of Otter River, MA, died Sunday, November 26th in her residence following an illness.
Born in Fitchburg, MA on September 2, 1915, she was the daughter of Louis and Annie (Schaeffer) Lussier.
She and her husband owned and operated Roland's Wayside Furniture in Templeton for many years, prior to retiring to Florida in 1979.
Yvonne was a member of St. Martin's Church in Otter River, MA. Her favorite pastime was playing bingo.
Her husband of 49 years, Roland Beauchemin died in 1989.
Yvonne leaves one sister, Irene M. Roy of Gardner, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Albert J. and Roland O. Lussier; and one sister, Rose L'Ecuyer.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 16th at 1:30 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Rev. Andre Dargis, Pastor of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner, will officiate. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
There are no calling hours.
