Wayne A. Lund

Wayne A. Lund, 69, of 125 Connors Street, Gardner and formerly of South Ashburnham and Nichols Street, Gardner, died Sunday, October 31st in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, following an illness.
Born in Gardner on November 26, 1940, he was the son of the late Warren and Edna (Bullard) Lund.
Wayne was a wood bender employed by Conant Ball Company of Gardner for 20 years, retiring when the company closed.
Wayne graduated from Charlton High School with the Class of 1958.
His hobbies included reading history books and doing crossword puzzles.
Wayne leaves his wife of 44 years, Elizabeth A. (Eddy) Lund of Gardner; three aunts Carol Bullard of Barre, Beverly Bullard of Newport Richey, FL and Janet Lassley of Honesdale, PA. He was predeceased by a son, Adrian W. Lund who died in 1969.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, November 5th at 11:30 a.m. in Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner.
There are no calling hours.
