Thomas J. Piontek

Thomas J. Piontek, 50, of Lower Landing, Charlestown, NH died unexpectedly Saturday, April 2nd in his residence.
Born in Gardner on April 18, 1954, he was the son of Irene (Misevich) Piontek and the late Edmond Piontek.
He was an inspector last employed by Simplex Time Recorder Co. of Gardner for 9 years until retiring in 1987.
He was a 1972 graduate of Gardner High School and attended Mount Wachusett Community College, Gardner. He was a member of the Lithuanian Outing Assn. and its bowling team. He enjoyed bowling at Gardner Ten Pins.
Besides his mother of Gardner he leaves 1 brother, Michael S. Piontek of Gardner; 2 aunts, Mary Piontek of Gardner and Jennie (Piontek) Falkowski of Enfield, CT; and 2 cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 9th at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday, April 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
