Thomas D. "Tommy" 'T" Fors, 22, of 97 Fernwood Drive, Gardner died unexpectedly Wednesday, February 18, 2015 in Heywood Hospital of Gardner, after being stricken ill at home.
He was born in Leominster on November 23, 1992, the son of Davin and Karen (Viens) Fors of Gardner.
Tommy was raised in Gardner, and was educated in the Gardner Public School System prior to his high school years. He graduated from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School of Fitchburg with the Class of 2011, and in 2012 graduated from the Ashburnham Fire EMT Program.
He was currently employed by Lawrence General EMS of Lawrence as an Emergency Medical Technician. Tommy was previously employed by Armstrong Ambulance Service of Arlington.
He was a member of the National Registry of Medical Technicians, and was also a member of the Acadien Social Club of Gardner.
Tommy enjoyed hockey, football, snowboarding, target shooting and camping. He loved all motor sports, especially his motorcycle that his Dad customized. He loved spending time with "The Crew"-his family and friends, especially on "Sunday Funday". Tommy's beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Besides his parents, Tommy leaves his longtime girlfriend, Courtney Hill and her son Paxton of New Ipswich, NH; paternal grandmother, Barbara (Ball) (Fors) Ethier and her husband Bill (whom Tommy referred to as Grampy Bill) of Lewes, Delaware; maternal grandmother, Elaine (Belliveau) Viens of Leominster; three uncles, Kevin Fors and his fiancé Mallori Clark of Brunswick, Maine, David Viens and his wife Tammie of Fitchburg, Richard Viens and his wife Kris of Cumming, GA; one aunt, Donna LaFleur and her fiancé Gary Fortier of Gardner; five cousins, Vanessa Viens and her daughter Emma, Sarah Marceau, Emily Larrabee, Katie Viens and Nick Viens, and many, many friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Robert A. Fors and by his maternal grandfather, Lawrence Viens.
