Theresa R. (Dubuc) Miller, 87, of 216 Park Street, Gardner, died peacefully Monday, November 7, 2011 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner following an illness.
Theresa was born in Gardner on November 8, 1923, the daughter of the late Philias and Rosina (Ares) Dubuc.
She was a self-employed Electrologist for 30 years, retiring in 1983.
Theresa was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Gardner.
Her favorite pastimes were cooking, reading, watching television, dancing and dining out. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Harry O. Miller, who died September 24, 2008.
She leaves two daughters, Yvette F. Buiwit of Gardner and Gail V. Ackerson and her husband Richard of Templeton; one sister, Florence Tourigny of Baldwinville; two grandchildren, Eric S. Buiwit of Gardner and Sara B. Yandell of S. Windsor, CT; four great-grandchildren, Eric M. Buiwit, Robert Buiwit, Nathan Yandell and Nicole Yandell; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Fernand Dubuc and Barney Dubuc; and by one sister, Virginia Oldham.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
