Terrence A. Rich

Terrence "Terry" A Rich, 83, of Templeton, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024, in Vibra Hospital, Leicester, after an illness.

Born in Gardner on June 28, 1940, he was the son of the late Arthur Farley and Margaret (Cawley) Rich. Terry graduated in the first class at Narragansett High School, Templeton, Class of 1958. Following high school, he attended and graduated from Worcester State University, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Over his life, Terry was a teacher and a social worker for the state of Massachusetts. He enjoyed playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family. Terry was a lifelong New England sports fan, as far back as the 60s. 

Terry's family would like to thank the Heywood Hospital and Vibra Hospital staff for their kindness in caring for Terrence in his final days.

Terry is survived by two brothers, Dennis and Barry Rich; two sisters, Sharyn Bisceglia and Rosemary Aube; and many nieces and nephews, who care deeply for him.

In addition to his parents, Terry was predeceased by his two brothers, Brian Paul Rich and Timothy Charles Rich.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA 01440. 

A calling hour will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in the funeral home.
