Tammy L. (Keegan) Perras, 62, of Baldwinville, died unexpectedly Thursday, November 28, 2024, in her home in Baldwinville.
Born in Marlborough on November 9, 1962, she was the daughter of Richard Norcross and the late Cheryl (Salo) Durso. She graduated from Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School with the Class of 1981.
Tammy loved cookouts, swimming, and tubing. She went camping every summer with her family and liked sitting around the fire. At home she watched a ton of movies, one of her all-time favorites being the classic It’s a Wonderful Life. She also enjoyed video games, especially The Legend of Zelda series. Tammy had been a Christian her whole life and enjoyed studying The Bible. In her final years she renewed her faith in God and came to truly walk with Jesus.
Tammy was a tough woman, a fighter, and a protector. She stuck up for people and stood by her family. She was also a very loving and compassionate person. She always went out of her way to help and support anyone who needed it. And most of all she was a loving mother. Both during and after her marriage with the late Joseph Perras, she cared for his two kids as if they were hers. When she had a child of her very own, she named him Matthew, meaning “Gift from God”. She gave the world to him. He meant everything to her, as she does to him. She will forever be missed.
Besides her father, she is survived by her son, Matthew Neeland of Baldwinville; stepchildren, Jacob Perras of Rutland and Krysten Perras of Worcester; a sister, Christina Bianco and her husband Ralph of Whitinsville; two brothers, Michael Keegan of Charlton and Kevin Norcross of Worcester; two aunts, Darleen Ramuno of Douglas and Judy Morgan of Charlton; an uncle, Paul Norcross of Charlemont; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held and announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help with funeral costs may be made on the funeral home website. Please use the link under Tammy’s obituary.
