Steven P. Lashua, 44, of 68 Oak St., Gardner died unexpectedly Sunday, March 20th in his residence.
Born in Gardner on November 29, 1961, he was the son of the late Paul G. Lashua.
He was a computer technician employed by Heywood Hospital for 5 years until retiring in 1994.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. He was a member of Crystal House, Gardner. Steven enjoyed music, American history, tattoos, animals and especially loved his children.
He leaves 2 daughters, Alyce M. Lashua and Taylor A. Lashua both of Winchendon; his mother, Leona (Robichaud) Lashua of Gardner with whom he lived; 3 brothers, Bruce P. Lashua and wife Elizabeth of Petersham, John M. Lashua and wife Doreen of Baldwinville, Matthew J. Lashua of Portland, OR; 3 aunts, Gloria St. Hilaire and husband Pete, Helen Murray and husband Richard, Grace Lashua, 1 step-greatniece, 2 stepnephews; several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 166 Cross St., Gardner. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday, March 24th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Crystal House, 55 Lake St., Gardner, MA 01440.
