Stephen M. "Hot Dog" Dickie, 36, of 10 Bancroft Street, Gardner died unexpectedly Thursday, October 27, 2011 in Gardner.
Stephen was born in Worcester on May 13, 1975, the son of Gordon J. and Jane A. (Reese) Dickie of Gardner.
He graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1993, and was a member of the Gardner High School Hockey Team.
Stephen was employed by Independent Corrugated Paper of Westminster, and was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Gardner.
Stephen enjoyed pencil drawing and spending time on his computer.
Besides his parents, he leaves one brother, David T. Dickie of Baldwinville; two aunts, Cindy Shyrock and Jodie Dickie; five uncles, Thomas R. Dickie, Dennis M. Dickie, Joseph A. Dickie, Michael A. Dickie and William Dickie; one great aunt, Mildred Korbuszewski; two nieces, Kristen Raider and Tylie Dickie; one nephew, Jeremy Dickie; one great-nephew Brennen Leslie; his Godfather, Victor Maillet and several cousins. Stephen was predeceased by his sister, Edith Rebecca Dickie; paternal grandparents, Gordon R. and Aurela (Korbuszewski) Dickie; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Edith (Price) Reese; aunt, Lee M. Dickie; uncle, Lee F. Dickie and by his Godmother, Rachel Maillet.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 5th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 166 Cross Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Green Bower Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday, November 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
