Stella A. (Zablonski) Staveley, 99, of Ava, MO, formerly of Gardner, died peacefully Friday, September 30, 2016 in Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center of Ava, MO.
Born in Baldwinville on July 23, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Alexandra (Wojdak) Zablonski.
Stella graduated in 1935 from the former Templeton High School of Templeton, MA. She was a member of St. Leo's Church of Ava, MO.
Stella was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Arthur B. Staveley who died December 20, 2002.
She leaves one daughter, Elaine L. Thomas of Ava, MO; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Stella was predeceased by her son Richard Staveley who died in 1962; and by her siblings.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
