Rolland Pelletier, 83, of 32 Hospital Hill Rd., Gardner, died Monday in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner, following an illness.
Born in Gardner on July 15, 1920, he was the son of Joseph and Bertha (Richard) Pelletier.
He was a self-employed electrician and plumber.
He was a member of the Acadien Social Club and Plumbers Local #370 of Flint, MI.
Mr. Pelletier served in the U.S. Navy.
His wife of 22 years, Genevieve D. (Lazarus) Pelletier died in 1998.
He leaves a son, Edward L. Pelletier of Davison, MI; a daughter, Margaret Zuder of Prairie Grove, IL; 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, a niece and a nephew.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 19th at 10:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner.
Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour at the funeral home will be Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
