Richard Baker, 70, of 136 Central St., Gardner died Wednesday, June 21st in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner, following an illness.

Born in Nashua, NH on December 21, 1935, he was the son of William S. and Elizabeth (Mooney) Baker.

He was a self-employed cook and painter.

Richard was a graduate of Fitchburg State College and attended Mount Wachusett Community College, Gardner, and Anna Maria College in Paxton.

He enjoyed photography and working with computers.

There are no known survivors.

Graveside services will be held Monday, June 26th at 1:00 p.m. in Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner.

There are no calling hours.
