Ramona M. Levesque, 76, of 64 Jean Street, Gardner, died Thursday, February 19, 2015 in her residence, surrounded by her friends, whom were more like her family, following a long illness.
Ramona was born in Salem, MA on May 6, 1938, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary R. (Patrie) Simeon.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church of Salem, MA.
Ramona enjoyed shopping, dining out and going to the movies. She loved dolls, and watching soap operas and game shows on television.
Ramona attended the Adult Day Program of the GVNA Healthcare, Inc. of Gardner.
She leaves one brother, Philip Patrie and his wife Laurie of Danvers, MA; one cousin, Deborah Nowak; several nieces and nephews. Ramona also leaves her dearest friends, Nancy Rolf of Templeton, Tricia Talbert of Templeton and Rhonda Baker, with whom she lived, of Gardner.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 4th at 2:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Pastor David Bodanza of Mission Street Congregational Church will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date in Forest Hills Cemetery.
A calling hour will be held Wednesday, March 4th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
