Rachel D. (LeBlanc) LeBlanc, 86, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Gardner, died Sunday, November 12th in Good Samaritan Center, Louisville.
Born in Gardner on September 6, 1920, she was the daughter of Alfred and Adrienne LeBlanc.
Mrs. Leblanc was co-owner of J. A. LeBlanc Clothing Store in Gardner for several years.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Louisville. She was also a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner and its Ladies of St. Anne Society.
Her husband of 42 years, Sylvio G. LeBlanc died in 1989.
She is survived by a son, Paul LeBlanc and his wife Darlene of Gardner; one daughter, Renelle B. Grubbs of Louisville; one brother, Dr. Alfred LeBlanc of Bethesda, MD; four sisters, Estelle Ford, Beatrice Adams, Corine LeBlanc and Lucille Slack of MA.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 16th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour at the funeral home will be Thursday, November 16th from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
