Pauline F. Sabourin

Pauline F. (Borey) Sabourin, 75, of 230 Leo Drive, Gardner, died Wednesday, February 11th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.

Born in Gardner, on June 11, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Albert H. and Jennie (Suchocki) Borey.

Pauline was employed by various companies as a general office worker.

She was a graduate of Templeton High School, Templeton, with the Class of 1952.

Pauline was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Gardner.

She enjoyed sewing, cooking and traveling. Pauline was also a fan of opera music.

Pauline was predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Norman P. Sabourin, Sr., who died in 2003.

She leaves three daughters, Karen M. Gandee and her husband Jack of Orange, Valerie A. Sears of Orange, and Sandra J. Zuscak and her husband Stephen of Gardner; two sisters, Mary J. Morgan and her husband Thomas of Gardner and Diane M. Disalvo of Leominster; two grandsons, Jason Patch and his wife Tammy of Manchester, NH and Bryan Patch and his wife (Sarah Walker) of Rutland; two great-granddaughters, Mackenzie Walker and Kayleigh Patch both of Rutland; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Richard A. Borey and by one sister, Alberta J. Boulanger.

Funeral services are private. Burial will be at a later date in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon, at the convenience of the family.

There are no calling hours.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gardner Visiting Nursing Association, Hospice Program, 34 Pearly Lane, Gardner, MA 01440.
