Pauline M. Landry, 87, of 59 Eastwood Circle, Gardner, and formerly of 38 Main Street, Gardner died peacefully January 1, 2011 in Legend Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gardner, surrounded by her family, following a brief illness.
Pauline was born in Gardner on January 29, 1923, the daughter of the late Theodore and Melisse (Melanson) Landry.
Pauline was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner.
She enjoyed taking bus rides to the Mall at Whitney Field to shop, she loved being with people and crowds. Pauline also enjoyed having her hair and nails done.
She leaves a special niece, Penny Pelletier of Pepperell and a special nephew, Alan Landry of Templeton; one sister-in-law, Marjorie Landry of San Marcos, CA.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pauline was predeceased by seven brothers; Jean, Edward, Herve, Albert, Raymond, Lionel and Alfred Landry and by one sister, Lorraine Greenleaf.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner will be at a later date.
Calling hours in the funeral home are Wednesday, January 5th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
