Pauline G. Bruno

August 19, 1926 — January 21, 2008

Pauline G. (Hebert) (Goguen) Bruno, 81, of 122 Champagne Rd., Gardner and formerly of Millis, died Monday, January 21st in the Baldwinville Nursing Home, Baldwinville, after a long illness.

Born in Winchendon on August 19, 1926, she was the daughter of Maurice and Ella Mae (Lord) Hebert.

She was a dental receptionist employed by Dr. Robert Frigoletto of Fitchburg for several years until retiring in 1970.

Mrs. Bruno was a member of UAW Retirees Association and organized its travel and vacation trips. She was also a member of TOPS. She enjoyed crafts and took much pleasure in watching sports on television. She was a loyal fan of the NE Patriots, Boston Red Sox and especially took much pride in keeping detailed facts and scores of the Boston Bruins.

Her former husband, Zoel Goguen, died in 2003. Her last husband, Jordan J. Bruno, died in 2004.

She leaves 2 sons, James M. Goguen and his wife Marie of Kingston, NH, Shawn S. Goguen of Worcester; 2 daughters, Pamela M. Reilly and her husband H. Kevin of Fitchburg, Cheryl L. Jones of Westminster; 3 stepdaughters, Theresa Retecki of Milford, Linda Champagne and her husband Warren of Millis, Eileen Mercer and her husband Robert of Pittsfield; 2 brothers, William White of Royalston, Arthur White and his wife Jean of Dallard, West Virginia; 1 sister, Dorothy LaFortune and her husband Bernard of Gardner; 10 grandchildren, Jacqueline Champagne, Kelly Hachey, Brian and Matthew Goguen, Meghan Reilly, Katrina Smith, Mindy Fallett, Helina and Peter Retecki, and Joshua Jones; 3 great-greatgrandchildren, Jaden and Skyla Fallett, Chloe Hachey;several; nieces, nephews and cousins. A son, Gerald A. Goguen of Fitchburg died in 1997.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 24th at 10:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner. Rev. Dr. Gary Heikkila will officiate. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner.

A calling hour at the funeral home will be Thursday, January 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
