Off to the Races- Paul E. LeBlanc, 73, of Largo FL, formally from Gardner, MA, left this world to watch the best car race, on Monday, July 27, 2020.
Born in Moncton, NB, Canada on January 26, 1947, he was the son of the late Desire and Irene (Saulnier) LeBlanc. He is also predeceased by his stepfather, Arsene LeBlanc.
He is predeceased by his brother Gerard Y “Bib” LeBlanc.
He leaves a son Paul LeBlanc Jr., three sisters Claudette Leblanc, Lucille McCaie and her husband Rheal and Gloria Jalbert and her husband Ronald. He leaves his girlfriend Linda Rafuse, nieces Lisa McDowell, Crystal Hall and Jessica Leblanc and nephews Steven Doiron, Ricky and Ryan McCaie and Jason and Jake Jalbert, who all loved their Uncle Paul.
Paul made great friends as part of the Brehio race team, becoming known to them as “Froggy”. His love of NASCAR followed him to Florida where he could always be found on Sundays in front of the TV watching the races. His love of cars made it possible to find and make new friends, at the “Garage” where he spent a lot of time discussing cars and the problems of the world.
Our hearts are broken. We will miss his kindness, and his smile. Until we meet again.
A Graveside Service will be held for Paul and his brother Gerard “Bib” LeBlanc, who passed on January 8, 2019, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
