Noel D. "Jingles" Richard, 62, of 12 Prescott Street, Leominster, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 31, 2011 in his residence after being stricken ill.
Noel was born in Gardner on December 25, 1948, the son of the late Zoel J. and Marie (Cormier) Richard.
He was a volunteer at Ginny's Thrift Store in Leominster.
Noel was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Gardner.
He enjoyed creating dollhouse furniture and volunteering at various local charity events.
Noel leaves two sons, Shawn Richard and Brian Richard both of Orange; two daughters, Samantha Makie of Gardner and Tina Richard of Fitchburg; four brothers, Gerald Richard and his companion Ann Cote of Gardner, Dennis Richard of Gardner, Daniel Richard and his wife Michele of Baldwinville and Robert Richard of Fitchburg; two sisters, Gloria Belliveau and her husband Laurie of Gardner and Eleana White of North Carolina; three grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Janice Bourgeois, who died in 2007.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 13th with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Garder, MA. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
