Mary L. (Laperriere) Taylor, 69, of Gardner, died peacefully Sunday, April 29, 2018 in Heywood Hospital of Gardner.
Mary was born in Winchendon on December 2, 1948, the daughter of the late George W. and Olive M. (Aiken) Laperriere.
She was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner.
Mary spent her life caring for her family, whom she adored. She also enjoyed walking, camping, cooking and watching the television sitcom 'The Golden Girls'.
She leaves two daughters, Donna M. Taylor of Gardner and Patricia A. Nylund of Pepperell; two brothers, George E. Laperriere of Gardner and Fredrick A. Laperriere and his wife Colleen of Gardner; two sisters, Olive E. Kalashian of Gardner and Marilyn A. Richard and her husband Robert of Winchendon; three grandchildren, Sharise M. Taylor, Michael A. Nyland and Aaron E. Galvin; four great-grandchildren, Julian Taylor, Bryce Galvin, Sophie Nylund and Hunter Galvin; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Edward F. Taylor, Sr., who died January 18, 2005; son, Edward F. Taylor, Jr; two sisters, Elizabeth L. Lavenski and Marjorie A. Laperriere; and step-brother, Richard Braks.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour will be held Thursday, May 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
