Marshall K Smith

                Marshall K. Smith, 65, of Gardner, died unexpectedly Thursday, June 6, 2019 in his residence.

            Born in Fitchburg on January 3, 1954, he was the son of the late Donald and Shirley (Hill) Smith. Marshall graduated from Lunenburg High School and attended Mount Wachusett Community College of Gardner. He was employed by Grasshopper Yard Grooming of Hubbardston as a Landscaper for three years, prior to retiring in 2018. He was previously employed by Autozone and Advance Auto Parts of Gardner for many years.

Marshall enjoyed boating, fishing, flying remote control planes and metal detecting. He loved studying genealogy and historical reenactments of the 1730’s. Marshall also enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets.

He leaves his wife of 22 years, Betty Babineau of Gardner and their daughter, Amy Rossy; brother, David Smith and his wife Michelle; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no services scheduled.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
