Mark D. "Marco" Richard, 37, of 17 Nichols St., Gardner, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 27th, in his residence.

Born in Gardner on November 6, 1968, he was the son of Alvin A. and Thelma M. (Durling) Richard.

Mark was a computer operator employed by H&R 1871 Co. of Gardner, and previously did yard work for Garbose Bros. for several years.

He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses-Kingdom Hall, 1071 West St., Gardner.

Mark was an avid fresh water fisherman, he enjoyed playing softball and playing baseball with his fiancee's children. Mark enjoyed spending time at home "fixing things".

Besides his father of Gardner, he leaves one brother, Ivan Richard of Tampa, Fl; one sister Vera Dufault and her husband Norman of Gardner; his fiancee, Kristin L. Langdon of Gardner and her three children, D.J. Langdon, Lacee Gail Langdon and Meagan Marie Langdon all of Baldwinville; a special long time friend Daniele Erickson of Gardner; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 1st at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday, September 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 1st from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Elks Lodge in Gardner.
