Mark S. Houle

April 24, 1957 — August 29, 2007

Mark S. Houle, 50, of 17 S. High Street, Ashburnham, died Wednesday, August 29th on arrival at Heywood Hospital, Gardner.

He was born in Springfield on April 24, 1957, the son of the late Roland Houle.

Mark was a self-employed contractor for Aurora Enterprise Inc. in Ashburnham, and spent most of his time working in his business.

He was a 1975 graduate of Chicopee High School, Chicopee, MA.

Mark was a U.S. Army Veteran.

He leaves his mother Joan B. (Petseski) Houle of Chicopee; his wife of 4 years, Ginny A. (Platt) Houle of Ashburnham; two daughters, Stephanie Houle and Stacey M. Houle both of Ayer; two stepsons, Airman 1st Class, Steven R. Tate stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, and Justin M. Tate of Ashburnham; one brother, Darryl Houle of Chicopee; two sisters, Donna Mason of Chicopee and Sharon Zabecki; one granddaughter, Sophie Houle; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mark was predeceased by a son, Steven Houle.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 14th at 1:00 p.m. at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon, MA.

There are no calling hours.
