Marjorie M. Bushey

Marjorie M. (Russell) Bushey, 88, of Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday, September 27, 2022, in Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gardner.

Born in Athol on March 25, 1934, she was the daughter of the late George and Arlene (Isrow) Russell and was raised by her stepfather, William McLean.

Marjorie was an Assembler employed by Simplex Time Recorder of Gardner for 10-years until her retirement in 1996.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loved playing BINGO, cross-stitching, quilting, reading and word games.

Marjorie was married to Thomas V. Bushey Jr. for 60-years until his death on October 20, 2016.

She leaves three sons, Thomas V. Bushey, III and his wife Barbara of Gardner, Douglas W. Bushey and his companion Linda Fogarty of Templeton and Michael J. Bushey and his wife Karen of Winchendon; one daughter, Linda M. Bushey of Gardner; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-six great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a brother Steven Russell of Florida, and one sister, Gloria Pace of Mississippi; and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
