Marie A. LeBlanc

Marie A. (Cormier) LeBlanc, 79, of 24 Kraft St., Gardner died Tuesday, January 11th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner, following an illness.
Born in Gardner on July 16, 1925, she was the daughter of Adelard and Anna (LeBlanc) Cormier.
She was a sealer sander employed by George Bent Co. of Gardner for 18 years until retiring in 1987. She was previously employed by O'Hearn Mfg. Co. of Gardner. She was also a former waitress at the Acadien Social Club.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church and was past member of Women's Auxillary V.F.W. Post 905 of Gardner. She enjoyed bingo, crocheting and traveling.
Her husband of 32 years, Raymond A. LeBlanc, died in 1978.
She leaves 2 sons, Albert R. LeBlanc and wife Linda of Cocoa, FL, Alfred D. LeBlanc and wife Penny of Gardner; 3 daughters, Ann M. LeBlanc and husband Paul, Luann C. Cross and husband Larry, Joan J. Scott and friend David Padula, all of Gardner; 2 brothers, Ronald Cormier of Montreal, PQ Canada and Raoul Cormier of Moncton, NB, Canada; 4 sisters, Doris Guitare and Yvette Bastarache both of St. Antoine NB, Canada, Lorretta Arsenault of Cocagne, NB, Canada and Stella Cormier of Gardner; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter Linda Baker of Gardner and 3 brothers, Joseph, Leo and Laurie Cormier.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 14th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner will be at a later date.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday, January 13th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
