Marie F Hill

Marie F. (Coderre) Hill, 89, of 32 Hospital Hill Road, Gardner, died peacefully Thursday, August 20, 2015 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home of Gardner, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Winchendon on December 18, 1925, the daughter of the late Ernest and Florence (St. Pierre) Coderre.
Prior to retiring in 1981, Marie was employed by Collier-Keyworth Company of Gardner as a stitcher. She was previously employed by Custom Quality Upholstering of Templeton.
Marie was a talented quilter, excellent cook and she enjoyed playing Beano. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend to all.
She leaves six daughters, Dale L. Stevens and her husband Doug of Gardner, Donna M. Smith of Templeton, Rosemary A. Cormier and her husband Jeff of Pioneer, TN, Renee D. Mattson and her husband Stephen of Union, NH, Darlene M. DeMaura and her husband Dana of Lake City, FL and Faith A. Glover and her husband Doug of Gardner; one brother, Ernest J. Coderre and his wife Pat of Gardner; one sister, Evelyn L. Morlock of Baldwinville; seventeen grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Marie was predeceased by her brother, Alfred A. Coderre; son-in-law, Terry Smith; grandson, Brian Cormier and great-grandson, D.J. Hieston.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, August 29th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
