Marie-Anna Loraine Breau, 75, of 47 Lake St., Gardner, died Saturday, March 5th in the Leo P. LaChance Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, Gardner, following an illness.
Born in Rumford, ME on June 5, 1929, she was the daughter of Albert and Azella (Gallant) Breau.
She was a supervisor employed by Travelers Insurance Co. of Hartford, CT for 38 years until retiring in 1989.
She was a 1946 graduate of Mexico, Maine High School.
Ms. Breau enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and traveling throughout the United States and Europe, especially France.
She leaves 1 sister Delphine (Hebert) Martin of Gardner; 1 niece, 4 nephews and several cousins. She was predeceased by 3 brothers, Edgar Hebert, Roger and Albin Breault.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 11th @ 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner will be at a later date.
A calling hour at the funeral home will be Friday, March 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6 Strathmore Rd., Natick, MA 01760.
