Marguerite M. (Boudreau) LeBlanc, 96, of 51 Hospital Road, Baldwinville, died peacefully Sunday, October 13, 2013 in the Baldwinville Nursing Home, Baldwinville, following a brief illness.
Born in Fitchburg on February 27, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Suzanne (Richard) Boudreau.
Marguerite was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner.
She enjoyed cooking, sewing and cooking poutines and rapee. Marguerite most enjoyed spending time with her family.
Marguerite was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Henry J. LeBlanc who died April 4, 2005.
She leaves one son, Henry J. "Sonny" LeBlanc and his wife Elaine of Holden; four grandchildren, Melissa LeBlanc, Thomas LeBlanc, Brendan LeBlanc and John LeBlanc; three great-grandchildren, Isabelle Hunter, Abigail Goodwin and Kenneth Goodwin; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Eddie Boudreau and two sisters, Rose O'Brien and Emma Robichaud.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 17th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour in the funeral home will be Thursday, October 17th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Baldwinville Nursing Home, Activity Fund, 51 Hospital Road, Baldwinville, MA 01436.
