Margaret M. Migliozzi

June 2, 1919 — July 28, 2004

Margaret M. (Pedone) Migliozzi, 85, of 6 Captain's Way, Rockport and formerly of 56 Hill St., Gardner, died Wednesday, July 28th in Rosewood Nursing Home, West Peabody, following an illness.

Born in Worcester on June 2, 1919, she was the daughter of Nicholas and Maria (DiGregorio) Pedone.

She was a baker and cook employed by Heywood Hospital for 11 years, retiring in 1982.

Mrs. Migliozzi was a graduate of Commerce High School, Worcester. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and taught quilting.

Her husband of 56 years, Conzolo L. Migliozzi died in 1997.

She leaves 1 son, Louis Paul Migliozzi of South Hampton; 2 daughters, Marie R. Stafford and friend, Raymond Boucher of Gardner, Richetta Dubin and husband William of Rockport; 1 brother, Francis Pedone of Shrewsbury; 1 sister, Helen Thibeault of Charleton; 5 grandchildren, Tonia Donovan, Conzolo, Gina, Nicole and Ree Ketta Migliozzi; 2 step-great-grandchildren, Brigitta Allen and Blake Dubin; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, George Pedone and Carlo Pedone and 1 sister, Rose Pedone all of Worcester.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 31st from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St. Gardner. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Saturday, July 31st from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Brigham & Women's Hospital, Neurology Dept., 75 Francis St., Boston, MA 02115 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
