Louise Cruthers

Louise Cruthers, of Westminster, died peacefully Saturday, November 2, 2019, in her residence.

Born in Sharon, MA, on March 11, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie (O’Leary) Hagan. She graduated from Sharon High School with the Class of 1943 and from Burdett Junior College with the Class of 1945.

Louise was a member of Edward the Confessor Church, Westminster, MA. She was a homemaker who cherished time spent with family.

She leaves one son James and his wife Suzanne Breton of Winchendon; one daughter Nancy Cruthers and her husband Sheldon Keeny of Middletown, CT; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She also leaves her exceptional caregivers Claire, Samantha, and Jonell.

She was predeceased by her husband, James Cruthers, who died in 1990, and three brothers Robert, Joseph, and James Hagan.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St. Gardner, MA. Burial will be held at Woodside Cemetery, Westminster, MA, following the service.

A Calling Hour will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019, from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
