Lois M. (Mackie) Roberts, 65, of Hubbardston, died peacefully Monday, June 26, 2017 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, following a courageous battle.
She was born in Gardner on June 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Weikko and Evelyn (Torpo) Mackie.
Lois graduated from Quabbin Regional High School of Barre with the Class of 1970. She attended Plymouth State University of Plymouth, NH.
Lois loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed reading.
She leaves her husband of 44 years, Richard K. Roberts, of Hubbardston; one son, Richard J. Roberts and his wife Nicole of Templeton; one brother, John Mackie and his wife Susan of Lynn, MA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held Thursday July 6th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
There are no funeral services or burial scheduled.
