Lisa D. (Duguay) Blake, 45, of 36 Nicolle Terrace, Gardner, died Sunday, December 19th from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Gardner on June 5, 1965, she was the daughter of Leonard and Zenobie (Noel) Duguay of Gardner.
At the time of her death she was a secretary employed at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner. She was previously a teacher's aide at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary School.
Lisa was a 1983 graduate of Gardner High School. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
She enjoyed music, reading, photography and was known to be a great cook. Lisa was a collector of snowmen ornaments, her favorite television show was "Friends" and she enjoyed spending time at the beaches in Maine. Lisa was a devoted, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her daughters were always the utmost priority of her life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Besides her parents, she leaves her husband of 23 years, David Blake of Gardner; three daughters, Vanessa N. Blake, Corinne L. Blake and Andrea L. Blake all of Gardner; two sisters, Rita M. Cyr and her husband Michael of Canandaigua, NY, Rachel A. Johnson and her husband Thomas of Templeton; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 24th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Thursday, December 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, New England Division, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
