Linda M. Lizotte

Linda M. (DePaoli) Lizotte, 72, of Gardner, died peacefully Saturday, January 25, 2025, in her home surrounded by her family after an illness.

Born in San Jose, California, on December 20, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Vittorio and Assunta (Figone) DePaoli. She graduated from Mountain View (CA) High School with the Class of 1970. Linda was a CNA employed by Alliance Health at Baldwinville for 10 years until her retirement in 2019. There she was proud to work alongside her son, Jimmy, starting in 2010, a career they were passionate about.

Linda loved to keep busy working in her garden, cleaning her home and cooking. She enjoyed collecting jewelry, listening to music and line dancing. Linda loved her dog, Tucker, very much. They would often be seen together on the couch at home. Linda’s greatest joy was her family, treasuring all the special times spent together.

Linda is survived by her husband of 28 years, Seumas Lizotte of Gardner; two sons, Jimmy Buchanan of Athol and Marshall Buchanan of Mesa, AZ; a brother, John DePaoli and his wife Carol of California; niece and nephew, Stacy and Dustin; and several cousins.

Calling Hours will be held Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.
