Leslie N. "Bumpa" "Sipps" "Les" Paul, 64, of Ashburnham, died Thursday, December 1, 2016 in HealthAlliance Hospital of Leominster after being stricken ill.
Born in Gardner on March 28, 1952, he was the son of the late Joseph N. and Christine L. (Mason) Paul.
He attended Gardner High School and was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner. He was also a member of AARP.
Leslie was a roofer employed by Greenwood Industries of Worcester for several years, retiring in 2004.
Leslie enjoyed going to the movies and walking. His greatest joy was his family, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He leaves two sons, Marc N. Paul and his wife Sheri of Ashburnham and Ryan H. Paul and his partner Tammy Honkala of Westminster; two brothers, Harry Paul and his wife Terri of Pryor, OK and Stephen Paul of Barre; five grandchildren, Cameron, Haydn, Jacob, Joseph and Joshua Paul; one aunt, Nora Mason; five nieces and nephews, Dean Paul, Rachel Soria, Joshua Paul, Chantal Paul and Zachary Paul; and several cousins.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner at a later date.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, December 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in Leslie's name may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of New England, 335 Main Street, Unit 8, Wilmington, MA 01887.
