Lea M Hadmack

Lea M. (Bourque) Hadmack, 88, of 32 Hospital Hill Road, Gardner died peacefully Friday, November 12, 2010 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner.
Born in Gardner on March 7, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Beatrice (Bastarache) Bourque.
Lea graduated from Worcester Academy of Hair Design in 1954. She was employed for a few years at "Bea's Hairdressing", and later opened her own beauty salon in Gardner, "Lea's Hairdressing", which she owned and operated for 40 years until retiring in 1998.
Lea was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Gardner. She enjoyed singing and dancing.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Henry G. Hadmack who died August 25, 2003.
Lea leaves two sons, Dennis H. Hadmack of Gardner and Kenneth E. Hadmack of Gardner; one brother, Ernest Bourque of Bradenton, Florida; two grandchildren, Kimberly Gauvin and Keith Hadmack; four great-grandchildren, Tanner and Hunter Gauvin and Allison and Ashley Hadmack; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, Louis Bourque and by one sister, Patricia Drouin.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 17th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour in the funeral home will be Wednesday, November 17th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Activity Fund, 32 Hospital Hill Road, Gardner, MA 01440.
