Jordan M. Belliveau, 20, of Fitchburg, died Thursday, September 22, 2016 in Albany Medical Center of Albany, NY, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Readsboro, Vermont.
Born in Gardner on December 4, 1995, he was the son of Gerard Belliveau of Bristol, NH and Sheri (Martin) Belliveau of Fitchburg.
Jordan was most recently employed by Adams Farm Slaughterhouse of Athol. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church of Fitchburg.
Jordan was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his friends and family.
Besides his parents, Jordan leaves his paternal grandmother, Rita (Meunier) Belliveau of Gardner; two brothers, Jeremy Belliveau of Anchor Point, Alaska and Dillon Belliveau of Bristol, NH; three sisters, Sarah Belliveau of Fitchburg, Rachel Belliveau of Gardner and Stephanie Belliveau of Bristol, NH; three aunts, four uncles, three nieces and one nephew.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 5th at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Lower Cemetery, Phillipston.
A calling hour will be held Wednesday, October 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
