John H. Farnsworth, 44, of 261 Main Street, Gardner, died Wednesday, May 6th in Sandalwood Rehabilitation Center, Oxford, MA.
Born in Gardner on June 13, 1964, he was the son of Frederick E. Farnsworth of Baldwinville and Janice (Hanks) Farnsworth of Gardner.
Prior to retiring due to illness, John was a sprayer employed by Fontaine Brothers of Gardner for several years.
John enjoyed playing pool and fishing.
Besides his parents, John leaves one brother, Frederick E. Farnsworth, Jr. of Fitchburg; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Keith Farnsworth who died in 1996.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 15th at 11:00 a.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
A calling hour will be Friday, May 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., Massachusetts Affiliate, 333 Congress Street, - 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02210.
