Joe & Heather: As discussed on July 29, 2010, we were to receive payment of $625.00 by the middle of August, for the items you purchased following the funeral services of your son. To this date, we still have not received any monies from you.

Please be advised that if we do not receive payment in full by October 1, 2010, we will be forced to turn this account over to our Attorney for collection.

Once again, we did not charge you for our services - these charges are for merchandise you selected.
