Jeffrey O. "Jeff" Morton, Jr., 21, of 361 Royalston Road, Baldwinville,died suddenly Saturday, December 21, 2013 in Heywood Hospital, Gardner, with his family by his side, after being stricken ill at home.
Jeffrey was born in Gardner on January 22, 1992, the son of Lisa Marie (LeBlanc) and Jeffrey Morton, Sr.
He graduated from Quabbin Regional High School, Barre with the Class of 2011, and had recently enrolled in Emergency Medical Technician training at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.
Jeff was currently employed by TRW Engineered Fastener of Westminster as an assembler. He was previously employed at Heywood Hospital, Gardner through Apollo Security.
Jeff had many, many friends and he loved spending time with them. He enjoyed making people laugh, playing with his nieces and nephews and was very proud of his new Tom Brady Patriots shirt.
He leaves his mother Lisa Morton and her significant other, Robert Partridge of Baldwinville; his father, Jeffrey Morton, Sr. of Worcester; three sisters, Stephanie M. Morton of Gardner, Alyssa M. Morton of Baldwinville and Sonya M. Dumas and her husband Joseph of Baldwinville; maternal grandparents, Donald and Beatrice (D'Ambrose) LeBlanc of Gardner; paternal grandparents, Tom and Eleanor (Buck) Morton of Rutland; one step-brother, Timothy Partridge and his girlfriend, Mary Euvrard of Athol; one step-sister, Kobie Filz of Lebanon, NH; six nephews, Raymond Christian, Jamison Burke, Tyler, Domanick, Dillan and Braden Dumas; three nieces, Alexis Burke and Olivia and Marley Partridge; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves his buddy, his dog Oz.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 2nd at 2:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
A calling hour will be held January 2nd from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
At the family's request, memorial contributions may be made to the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA 01440 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
