Jeannine Borey

Jeannine C. (Richard) Borey, 71, of 266 Pleasant St., Gardner, died Friday, October 13th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.

She was born in Gardner on April 25, 1935, the daughter of Mark and Adela (Cormier) Richard.

Jeannine was a factory worker employed by Bay State Curtain Co. of Fitchburg for several years, until retiring in 1995. She was previously employed by Richard's Café and Palm's Café.

Jeannine was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. She was a member of the Deep Sea Club, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #747 Women's Auxillary in Gardner.

She enjoyed birds and watching television. Jeannine loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed spending time with them.

Jeannine leaves 2 daughters, Deborah A. (Borey) LaBarge of Danbury, N.H. and Patricia Nancy (Borey) Saunder of Gardner; a brother Alvin Richard of Gardner; a sister
Juliette Bennett of Fitchburg; 4 grandchildren, Samuel Pratt, Faith Herko, Adam Burke and Amanda LaBarge; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Angelic Pratt who died in 1983.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 28th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 12:00 p.m. in Our Lady of the Holy
Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West St., Gardner.

A calling hour at the funeral home will be Saturday, October 28th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
