Jeannette E. "Jen" (Huillier) Hallock, 91, of Gardner, died peacefully Friday, July 8, 2016 in Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Gardner, following a brief illness.
Born in Templeton on July 26, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Fannie (Allain) Huillier.
Jeannette was employed by the former J.A. LeBlanc clothing store of Gardner as a sales clerk for 33 years, retiring in 1989.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus of Church of Gardner. She was also a member of the Gardner Museum.
Jeannette enjoyed traveling and had visited seven (7) countries. She loved spending time listening to music, socializing and having company in her home.
She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Norman C. Hallock, who died October 4, 1996; two brothers, Norman and Ralph Hallock; and by three sisters, Yolande Letellier, Yvette Fredette and Claire Hendrickson.
Jeannette leaves several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 14th with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Spirit Church, 50 Lovewell Street, Gardner. Burial will be held at a later date in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner.
There are no calling hours.
