Jazmin L. Page, 13, of 52 Moran Street, Gardner died unexpectedly Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in her residence.
Jazmin was born in Gardner on March 18, 1998, the daughter of Brett Page and Sylvia (Hayes) Page.
At the time of her death she was an 8th grade student at the Gardner Middle School, Gardner. She enjoyed reading and sports, and especially loved playing soccer and softball.
Besides her parents, Jazmin leaves her grandparents with whom she lived, Donald Killelea, Jr. and Jean (Hayes) Cote of Gardner; two sisters, Destiny M. Hayes and Katrina M. Hayes both of Gardner; her maternal great-grandmother, Lorine (Hayes) Lee of Hopkinsville, KY; three aunts, Elisha Schrawder, Katrina Cote and Tiffany Cote; two uncles, Peter Cote and Brent Schrawder; and eight cousins, Callie, Gage and Hunter Cote, Eiyan Gammell, Sam Hill, Sabrina, Breanna and Bryce Schrawder.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, February 11th at 1:00 p.m. in Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. in Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
