Jayden M. Hart, infant son of Adam L. Hart and Vicki L. Irons of 244 Waterford Street, Gardner, died shortly after birth, Tuesday, April 8th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
Besides his parents, he leaves his paternal grandparents, Dale A. and Donna L. (Evans) Hart of Gardner; his maternal grandparents, Lester and Linda (Barnett) Irons of Gardner; two aunts, six uncles and several cousins.
Graveside services will be held Monday, April 14th at 1:00 p.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
Memorial contributions may be made to Boston Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 414421, Boston, MA 02241-4421.
Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner is handling the arrangements.
