Irene L. (Graves) Perreault, 90, of Templeton, died peacefully Thursday, June 10, 2021, in Quabbin Valley Healthcare, Athol, after an illness.
Born in Gardner on November 25, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred J. and Irene (Jaillet) Graves. Irene was a Secretary employed by Wilson Bus Line of Templeton for 30-years until her retirement in 2010.
Irene was a parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul Church of Baldwinville. She was a skilled knitter and loved teaching the craft to students at Narragansett Regional High School. Irene also enjoyed playing cards and taking trips to casinos, where she was always fond of telling people how she once won a car.
Irene is survived by her son, Joseph Ambrose of Jamacia, VT; nieces and nephews, John and Jim Fletcher, Jean Smith, Laureen Moran and Jim and Marie Morrissey; and several cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, F. Roger Perreault; a son, David Ambrose; and two sisters, her twin, Ailleen Fletcher, and Claire Graves.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Bridge Street, Baldwinville, MA, will be held at a later date.
Calling Hours will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
