Grace A. (Clark) Luczko, 78, of 99 Bridge St., Baldwinville, died Thursday, March 24th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner, following an illness.
Born in Hubbardston on June 20, 1926, she was the daughter of Lyman and Harriet (Butler) Clark.
She was a gauger employed by Peterborough Ball Bearing Co. of Peterborough, NH for 7 years, retiring in 1982. She was previously a machine operator employed by Nichols & Stone Co. of Gardner.
She graduated from Worcester Girls' Trade School in 1944.
She loved her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed animals and gardening.
Her husband, Stanley J. Luczko died in 1997.
She leaves a son, Stanley J. Luczko and wife Margaret of Gardner; 2 brothers, Charles Clark and wife Marjorie of Hubbardston, John Clark and wife Martha of Enfield, CT; 7 sisters, Evelyn Johnson of and husband Harvey of Hubbardston, Marjorie Bassett of Holden, Marion Gustafson, Roberta Kenda and husband Alfred, Eleanor Gallant all of Gardner, Harriet Mallozi of Worcester, Priscilla Johnson and husband Stanley of Oxford; 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother Hobart Clark of Hubbardston and a sister Ellen Langelier of Barre.
At her request, funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Templeton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104 or to the Gardner Animal Shelter, 95 Pleasant St., Gardner, MA 01440.
The Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner is in charge of arrangements.
