Gloria J."Glo" Robillard

Gloria J. "Glo" (Mailloux) Robillard, 88, of 21 Millstone Lane, Templeton, died peacefully Friday, December 19, 2014 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester, surrounded by family following a brief illness.
Born in Templeton on May 12, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Helen (Fisher) Mailloux.
Gloria graduated from the former Templeton High School with the Class of 1944.
She was employed for 20 years as the Principal Clerk for the Massachusetts Department of Public Welfare. Gloria was an accomplished piano player who owned and operated a private piano studio. She also played in orchestras with Eddy and George Janis and Eddy Hamilton.
Gloria was a member of the First Church of Templeton.
She enjoyed shopping, traveling and going to Foxwoods. Gloria especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Gloria was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Armand A. Robillard, who died in October of 1995.
She leaves one son, Jerry A. Robillard and his wife Katherine of Templeton; one daughter, Cheryl J. Olson and her husband Steven of Templeton; two brothers, Donald Mailloux of Gardner and; four grandchildren, Scott Robillard of Templeton, Amy Robillard of Templeton, Tina Bashaw of Leominster, Eric Olson of Phillipston; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandaughter Bobbi Lynn Misner who died in 2000, and by her brother Roger Mailloux.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 23rd at 12:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Templeton.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
