Gladys P Couture

Gladys P. (LeBlanc) Couture, 79, of 51 Hospital Rd., Baldwinville , and formerly of 47 Lake St., Gardner, died peacefully Saturday, May 29th in the Baldwinville Nursing Home after a long illness, surrounded by her family.
Born in Gardner on September 19, 1930, she was the daughter of Leo and Dorothy (Moore) LeBlanc.
Gladys was office manager employed by Dr. Donald Miller for 15 years until retiring in 1998. She was previously employed by Dr. James Faust and Dr. Elmer Dech.
She was a 1949 graduate of Gardner High School.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
Gladys was a member of A.A.R.P. and enjoyed crocheting, cooking, watching television and most of all she loved being with her family and grandchildren.
She leaves her husband of 57 years, Leonard L. Couture of Gardner; 2 sons, Steven Couture and his wife Jane of Westminster, and Allan Couture. She also leaves several nieces and cousins.
Funeral services in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon, will be private and at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
