Ginette M Vautour

Ginette M. Vautour, 71, of Baldwinville, formerly of Gardner, died peacefully Monday, January 17, 2022, in Alliance Health at Baldwinville, Baldwinville, after an illness.

Born in Saint Ignace, New Brunswick, Canada, on January 15, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Francois and Marguerite (Barrieau) Vautour. She graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1970 and in 1989 received an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. Ginette was an Assembler employed by Simplex Time Recorder for 5 years and by the Ceida Program.

Ginette was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish/ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner and was a member of the Marie Riviere Associates of Gardner. She enjoyed watching Catholic television programs, playing cards, volunteering at Heywood Hospital and activities at the nursing home especially BINGO. Ginette was an avid fan of her Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. Her greatest joy in life came when she was with her family, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Ginette is survived by her three brothers, Ivan J. Vautour of Gardner, George J. Vautour of Manteca, CA and Alphonse J. Vautour of Baldwinville; two sisters, Odette Vautour of Ashburnham and Simone Cutler and her husband Stanley of Saco, Maine; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by a sister, Delima Carney; and a nephew Jason Carney.

The family would like the thank the nurses and staff at Alliance Health at Baldwinville for their loving and compassionate care they provided Ginette.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 21, 2022, from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA with a Mass at 12:30 p.m. in Annunciation Parish at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA, will be held at a later date.

Calling Hours will be held Friday, January 21, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

The family requests that all those in attendance please adhere to wearing masks.
