Gilles LeBlanc, 58, of Phillipston, passed away in his sleep Monday, September 6, 2021.
Born in Gardner on November 22, 1962, he was the son of Leo Paul J. and Antoinette M. (Collette) LeBlanc. He graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1980. Gilles became a driver for many years with Clark & Reid before starting his own business. At the time of his passing, Gilles was the Owner and Operator of True Pro Cleaners, which he managed for the last several years.
Gilles was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish/ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and tending to his chickens. He had a passion for cooking and canning and was an avid NASCAR fan. But the time that he truly treasured the most was spent with his family and friends, who will miss him dearly.
Besides his parents Leo Paul J. and Antoinette M. LeBlanc of Phillipston, Gilles is survived by his sister, Lisa Grasmuck of Phillipston; a nephew Krystopher Grasmuck and his spouse Emily of Walpole; aunts and uncles, Claudette LeBlanc of Gardner, Jeannita Cormier, Leona McDonald, and Maria LeBlanc of New Brunswick, Canada and Livain Daigle of Templeton; as well as many cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
Calling Hours will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
The family asks that those in attendance please adhere to wearing masks during Gilles services.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Please reference in memory of Gilles LeBlanc.
