Geneva M Gallant

Geneva M. (Iezzi) Gallant, 93, of 31 Forest Street, Baldwinville died unexpectedly, Monday, May 6, 2013 in her residence.
Born in Pescosansonesco, Italy on March 2, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Anna Maria (Chuilli) Iezzi.
Geneva spent many years as a housekeeper for several local families. She was previously employed by Heywood Wakefield.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Baldwinville.
Geneva enjoyed reading, gardening and she loved animals.
She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Ulysse Gallant who died in 2000.
Geneva leaves one daughter, Michele Richard and her husband Daniel of Baldwinville; two grandchildren, Danny Rafuse and Heidi Jo Bourgeois; four great-grandchildren, Jon, Christian, Bearitt and Briana Hansen; one great-great-grandchild, Ava Lee Hansen; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves her beloved cat, "Lady".
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 9th at 12:00 noon in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
A calling hour in the funeral home will be Thursday, May 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
